Quercetin Dihydrate Powder is a flavonol compound with a wide distribution in the plant world and a variety of biological activities. Quercetin 95% is widely found in the stem bark, flowers, leaves, buds, seeds, and fruits of many plants, mostly in the form of glycosides, such as rutin, Sophor Japonica Extract hypericin, etc. It can be obtained by acid hydrolysis. Of these, it is found in high levels in the stems and leaves of buckwheat, sea buckthorn, hawthorn and onions. Quercetin Anhydrous is also found in many foods such as onions, shallots, asparagus, cabbage, mustard, green peppers, chicory, grapefruit, lettuce, hawthorn, apples, mangoes, plums, radishes, blackcurrants, potatoes and spinach.
